New to lifting and don't know where to start? Join this beginner class where the instructor will coach you through proper form and technique for all the main Lifts - squat, lunge, hinge, push & pull.
A full body, circuit-oriented training session where you move from exercise to exercise in timed stations. Targets all major muscle groups, including the heart!
No cardio here! Grab your dumbbells and get ready for a strength session where we pick things up and put them down. Class focus will vary - Upper Body, Lower Body and Fully Body.
Combine weight lifting with bouts of "active rest" and what do you get? A supercharged workout that will have your body burning calories long after the workout is done!
Know what your doing but don't want to wait for equipment or train in a crowded space? Dedicated open gym hours allows you to book your time, get in and get to work!
This class is laser focused on all things core to strengthen the epicenter of all movements.
This class will utilize bands, foam rollers and bodyweight to loosen up sore muscles, increase range of motion and foster joint
stabilization.
