Owning my own gym has always been a dream of mine. And not just any old gym. I wanted my gym to have a specific purpose. I wanted it to be a place where people came to work out and not feel intimidated because they weren't lifting heavy weights or embarrassed because they didn't know how to use the machines or what exercises to do. I wanted to show women that at any age, you can (and should) lift weights and build muscle for a stronger, bolder life. So that's what I did! I started Stronger U Training to focus on strength training in small groups or 1-on-1 sessions.
I understand the challenges of aging. Aches and pains getting out of bed? Shoulder injuries? Tennis elbow? Lower back pain? Osteoporosis? Menopause? YEP...all of it! And I can tell you that at the age of 52, I am stronger and leaner than I was at 25 and I want to make it happen for you too. It's never too late to start. Hours of endless cardio is NOT the answer. Get off the treadmill or the bike to nowhere and join me on your next journey to a better, Stronger U!
