At Stronger U Training, we are focused on strength training through small group and private sessions. Female specific fitness is our focus, however this is the place for anyone who wants to learn proper strength training techniques in a supportive environment eliminating "gymtimidation."
Looking for 1on1 training with personalized fitness and nutrition guidance? Our certified personal trainers will develop a plan for you to achieve your fitness goals. Each client will receive a detailed evaluation to determine any joint instability, muscle imbalances or limitations. You will also receive nutritional guidance for calories and macros to fully round out the program.
Know what you're doing but don't want to wait for machines or train in a crowded space? Stronger U has dedicated open gym hours limited to 12 slots/hour so you can book your space and get to work!
