Meet Michelle

Michelle is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with additional certifications in Group Fitness and Corrective Exercises and is the owner of STRONGER U TRAINING. Specializing in women's fitness, especially peri and post menopausal, it's Michelle's mission to get women into the gym lifting weights for a stronger, longer life!  "I'm excited to share my passion for health and fitness.  My goal is to create a welcoming environment where women can push their limits and discover what they are truly capable of." Having personal experience with shoulder injuries, tennis elbow and osteoporosis, Michelle is living proof that you can get stronger and build muscle even beyond your 40's!
