Welcome to Stronger U Training, a gym dedicated to helping individuals get stronger for a longer, bolder life. Training by our certified professionals is conducted in small groups (6-10 ppl) or private sessions to help clients reach their fitness goals - whether it's building strength, improving mobility or simply getting healthier. Stronger U Training is committed to building a strong sense of community with a focus on empowering and supporting women who may have felt underserved in the fitness space.

SMALL GROUP SESSIONS

At STRONGER U TRAINING, we are focused on strength training through small group and private sessions. Female specific fitness is the focus, however this is the place for anyone who wants to learn proper strength training techniques in a supportive environment eliminating “gymtimidation.” Click here to view all classes.

PRIVATE TRAINING

Looking for one-on-one training with a customized fitness plan to work toward achieving your personal goals?  This package will begin with a 1/2 hour consultation so the trainer can understand the client's specific needs to develop a go forward plan. Each client will undergo a detailed evaluation to determine any joint instability, muscle imbalances or limitations from previous injury.

OPEN GYM

Know what you’re doing but don’t want to wait for machines or train in a crowded space? STRONGER U TRAINING has dedicated open gym hours limited to 8 slots/hour, so you can book your space and get to work!
