STRONG CIRCUIT
A full body, circuit-oriented training session where you move from exercise to exercise in timed stations. Targets all major muscle groups, including the heart!

STRONG ENDURANCE
This is a full body workout combining strength training with bouts of cardio to boost your stamina, power & performance! You'll alternate between a lower body move, cardio and an upper body move.
All levels welcome. Â Max class size of 10 ppl.
STRONG & SCULPTED
This is an instructor led class focused on the basics of weight training - squat, lunge, push, pull, hinge - using dumbbells and kettlebells for reps and sets.
Suitable for all levels from Newbies to Advanced lifters. Â Max class size of 10 ppl.
SMALL GROUP STRENGTH TRAINING
Personal training focus combined with group energy. Â Each class is a full body strength workout with focused attention from trainers. Â
This is an Advanced Class limited to 6 ppl.
SHRED
A fast-paced, fat-burning workout that mixes strength, cardio & conditioning. Â Quick bursts of high intensity movements followed by a rest period to ensure recovery before you HIIT the power move again.
