STRONG CIRCUIT

A full body, circuit-oriented training session where you move from exercise to exercise in timed stations. Targets all major muscle groups, including the heart!

All levels welcome.  Max class size of 12 ppl.

STRONG ENDURANCE

This is a full body workout combining strength training with bouts of cardio to boost your stamina, power & performance!  You'll alternate between a lower body move, cardio and an upper body move.

All levels welcome.  Max class size of 10 ppl.

STRONG & SCULPTED

This is an instructor led class focused on the basics of weight training - squat, lunge, push, pull, hinge - using dumbbells and kettlebells for reps and sets.

Suitable for all levels from Newbies to Advanced lifters.  Max class size of 10 ppl.

SMALL GROUP STRENGTH TRAINING

Personal training focus combined with group energy.  Each class is a full body strength workout with focused attention from trainers.  

This is an Advanced Class limited to 6 ppl.

SHRED

A fast-paced, fat-burning workout that mixes strength, cardio & conditioning.  Quick bursts of high intensity movements followed by a rest period to ensure recovery before you HIIT the power move again.

All levels welcome.  Max class size of 10 ppl.
