STRONG CIRCUIT
A full body, circuit-oriented training session where you move from exercise to exercise in timed stations. Targets all major muscle groups, including the heart!

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
This class combines strength training using dumbbells and body weight movements with light cardio to keep your heart rate elevated throughout the workout.

STRONG & SCULPTED
This is an instructor led class focused on the basics of weight training - squat, lunge, push, pull, hinge - using dumbbells and kettlebells for reps and sets.
Suitable for all levels from Newbies to Advanced lifters. Max class size of 8 ppl.
STRONG LIFTING
Get ready for an old school strength session where we pick up heavy things and put them down. Training days are divided between Upper Body (Chest, Back, Arms) and Lower Body (Legs and Glutes).
This is an Advanced Class limited to 6 ppl.
STRONG ENDURANCE
This is a full body strength workout combined with bouts of cardio to keep your body burning calories long after the workout is done! You'll alternate between a lower body move, cardio, an upper body move and cardio.
All levels welcome. Max class size of 8 ppl.
STRONG CORE
This 30-minute class is laser focused on all things core to strengthen the epicenter of all movements. We will utilize traditional "ab" exericses together with anti-core exercises (planks, carries, anti-rotation) to bulletproof abs, hips & spine.

MOBILITY & FLEXIBILITY
This class will utilize bands, foam rollers and bodyweight to loosen up sore muscles, increase range of motion and foster joint stabilization.
